Vilanova Grand Marina – Barcelona is the first and only marina in the Western Mediterranean to specialise in superyachts with dry dock services. It has been conceived and designed to accommodate and provide a comprehensive range of services for superyachts and megayachts and combines in a single, consolidated space marina first-rate facilities and a technical area for specialist repair and refit projects.

It features 49 spacious berths on concrete piers accommodating yachts from 25 to 120 metres in length, with up to 6.5 metres draught, all equipped with the latest state of the art technology, with privacy and security provided for, in compliance with the International ISPS Code. It is prepared to fully satisfy the needs of captains, crewmembers and yacht owners alike, onshore and offshore, offering the level of service and performance required to meet the expectations of every superyacht and megayacht.

On shore facilities are extensive, and there is a wide range of leisure, cultural, gastronomic and tourist options available locally, in the neighbouring town of Sitges or Barcelona. Privileged location
Strategically located in the inner basin of Vilanova Port -at the heart of the Garraf coast just a stone’s throw away from Barcelona- this exclusive marina opened for business in April 2009. Dry dock technical area

The technical area is undoubtedly one of the marina’s greatest assets, providing every possible repair and refit service for yachts from 25 metres upwards. The first phase of 8,000sq m is equipped with a 200 ton travel lift to transfer yachts and has a workshop and maintenance area and an onsite painting division in partnership with ADP Yacht Painting. The combined marina and technical services, both under the same management, means every conceivable matter relating to one’s yacht can be dealt with through a single contact.

Environmental Commitment

Maintenance and refit work can also be undertaken at berth point as vehicular access to each yacht and adjacent workspace are available. Several yachting businesses can be found within the premises of the marina, including a yacht chandlery, a scaffolding specialist company and a technical engineer office. For added convenience the marina also has its own private parking facility for up to 150 vehicles and a helipad. Helicopters can also take off and land on superyachts while mooring at the marina.
