Yachtsupport B.V. is an innovative company that is specialized in the construction and fitting out of large yachts. The founders Henk Bruinekool en Goof Baijense have more than 30 years of experience in boat construction they offer professional work of the highest standard. Our company gives you short communication lines, which enable us to work flexibly and quickly. Know-how, accuracy and passion for this work are our drivers. Yachtsupport inspection hatch

Yachtsupport BV designed a new inspection hatch. A smart way of producing generates a qualitative high-principled product which is available in almost any size. The hatch is available in aluminium, stainless steel or composite and a combination of those. Does the hatch need to be welded or glued or is it an exclusive shape, the Yachtsupport inspection hatch is the appropriate product. Welding- & construction

Yachtsupport is specialised in aluminium and stainless steel construction work and in the fabrication of complex structures such as masts, seats, swimming pools and jacuzzi’s, furniture, etc.

We also fabricate in aluminium, producing items such as shutters and hatches, storage racks, ladders, tender and jet ski cradles. We can provide polished stainless steel work and we do the installation on board. We are specialists in prefabricated pipe work in steel, aluminium, stainless steel and Cunifer. Yachtsupport is constantly developing innovative and well thought out solutions that we bring into practice such as our patented floor system and hatch design.

Floorsystem

Yachtsupport has developed a patented floor system for engine and equipment rooms in boats. The floor system consists of a stainless steel (316) or aluminium frame fastened together by a system of hooks that can easily be assembled and disassembled.

The great advantage is that on-board installation time is considerably reduced because the floor is delivered in prefabricated parts. Checker plates of polished stainless steel or anodised aluminium with a preformed anti-slip profile and welded toe board are laid on the frame.

This Yachtsupport patented floor system is a high quality product that offers significant advantages such as:
• It’s non-ferrous and can be completely disassembled.
• It’s prefabricated and therefore on-board installation time is reduced.
• The checker plates are measured by us and are delivered ready for installation.
• To give easy access; a hatch is made in the checker plate above each valve location.
• The checker plates are easily installed and locked in place with a system using an allen key.
• The toe board is welded to the checker plate which gives more working area when the floor is open.
