107 Metre expedition yacht well underway at Kleven

A 107 metre expedition yacht is well underway at the Kleven shipyard. The yacht, a high specification yacht, is specially designed for long expeditions in rough waters. The vessel blends a robust, hard-working character with luxurious added extras, including a swimming pool and its own 21m tender boat on the bow.

The new vessel will accommodate 60 people and is to be equipped with a helipad and helicopter hangar. She'll be finished to a commercial grade, which for example means that she will not be faired, which is not entirely unusual for expedition yachts.

The yacht's hull was constructed in Poland, and her superstructure was added in Norway. She is expected to be delivered in April of 2015.
