Currently in the final stages of construction at Pisa Superyachts and built to ABS classification and MCA compliancy, Project 12 translates the success and build quality of the Cantieri di Pisa Akhir range to a larger scale offering exhilarating performance generated by twin 4,670hp MTU engines.
Conceived by and built for an experienced yacht owner, with interior design by Mark Berryman and sleek Italian exterior styling, Project 12 offers spacious living spaces and accommodation for 12/14 guests in luxurious surroundings.
Intelligent layout and design take full advantage of the yacht’s volume to provide generous living areas throughout. The full beam sky lounge on the upper deck is an exceptional feature with large sliding doors to port and starboard and bulwarks that fold down to create a balcony on each side with spectacular 180° views, flooding the interior with natural light.
The main salon provides a versatile living space with comfortable seating areas, a bar and separate music or library area aft of the formal dining room. Other singular features are a floating glass staircase leading from the main deck up, with a large skylight overhead illuminating the interior. Natural, modern interior design finished in limed teak, leather and marble provides an elegant, understated backdrop.

A fantastic, full beam VIP cabin incorporates a separate lounge area with large sofa and desk again with twin ensuite bathrooms and his and hers dressing areas. The lounge area can be completely shut off from the principal stateroom with a soundproof sliding door thus converting this large area into two separate double staterooms. Further accommodation is provided for another eight guests in two double and two twin staterooms, each with additional Pullman berth.
