Turkish yacht builders Aegean Yacht Services specializes in building traditional vessels using steel hulls. Recently the Bodrum based shipyard completed two steel hulled motoryachts; the 32m Amazon A and the 34m classic yacht La Sultane.
Amazon A
The 32 meter steel hulled Amazon A was completed at the end of 2006 to a design of Yavuz Mete. She can accommodate 10 guests in 5 spacious double cabins. Amazon A is powered by twin 650 HP Cummins diesels speeds her up to 12 knots. She is available for charters around Turkey and Greece from 42,000 EU a week.

La Sultane
The 34 meter classic motor yacht La Sultane was completed at the beginning of 2007 by Aegean Yacht Services in Bodrum. The in-house team of Aegean was responsible for the naval architecture and the exterior design of La Sultane is from the hand of Yavuz Mete. The RINA classed La Sultane can accommodate 18 guests in 6 cabins and she sails with a crew of 6.
