Developing a strong synergy between the shipyard and its technological partners is an absolute must nowadays. Such synergy should allow shipyards to come up with solutions capable of producing practical advantages in terms of technology and market presence.
A nice example of this type of synergy was given by Benetti, Altraluce, Yachtica and Nextworks, who teamed up in order to produce a new RGB White LED lighting system. This project was exclusively created for a single model in the Delfino 93 line.
Altraluce created the sophisticated LED lights, integrating white and RGB channels in a single track, allowing one to explore the infinite shades of white and color. Yachtica designed and produced the exclusive electronic control system to manage and control this type of illumination, while Nextworks developed the system which allows the integrated control of on-board devices.
The bright white light and rich saturated colors generated by the RGB White System don’t emit that much heat in form of ultraviolet or infrared rays, allowing you and your guests to have a more comfortable experience at sea. On top of that, these LED lights assure almost 70% energy savings. And since they are supposed to last longer as well, the advantages should also be felt when it comes to electric expenses.
