Already well-known for custom built fabrications that are lighter and stronger than metal, this is the first in a series of semi-custom products from Black Magic based on a particular one-off fabrication for a superyacht.

“We realised that much of the hard work in design had been done and, better yet, the design had been proven,” said Black Magic’s founder and Managing Director, Richard Paki “We still can customise the product in finish to aesthetically compliment each yacht.”

The GP700 passerelle series is 700 mm wide and with a modular construction and is based on a structure recently provided to Blohm + Voss. It is offered in lengths of 2 m to 9 m, in flat panel and single stage telescopic, fully supported or unsupported, vertical and horizontal slew and can be operated manually or fully automated,

Black Magic was founded in 1998 in Europe (Isle of Man), moving to NZ in 2002.
