Here we take a look at the What, Why, Where and Who of some of the best brokerage deals currently on the market. This week we explore the 43.6-metre classic superyacht Lady Duvera, currently listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson.
What is on offer?
Built in 2000 by the Dutch Hakvoort shipyard, the 43.6-metre Lady Duvera was built for a highly experienced owner and features interior design from Felix Buytendijk, with naval architecture and exterior design undertaken by Diana Yacht Design.
She accommodates up to 12 guests on board across a generous five stateroom layout, including a large master suite on the main deck complete with adjoining study. A crew of 10 is also accommodated for on board. Constantly upgraded and maintained throughout her lifetime, she is kept to Lloyds and MCA class despite the fact that the owner is operating the vessel privately and has never chartered.
Why do we think this is such a great deal?
Recently completing a €1,500,000 refit, Lady Duvera is in excellent condition and presents the opportunity to purchase a Dutch-built classically styled vessel at a fraction of her original price. Featuring particularly large passageways and main saloon, amongst her most attractive features is a large aft deck with alfresco dining space for up to 16 guests, as well as a Jacuzzi on the sundeck.
Where is she right now?
Lady Duvera is currently finalising her refit in Palma de Mallorca, and will head back to Golfe Juan at the end of May. She is listed at an asking price of €10,800,000, European VAT paid. Moorings in Golfe Juan in the South of France can also be purchased with the vessel.
