Her François Zuretti designed interior is light and spacious with accommodation for 12 guests spread over three decks. The master suite, situated forward on the main deck, boasts a 360 degree rotating bed and has direct access out onto a private deck. The flexible accommodation layout is completed with a VIP suite on the bridge deck facing aft, two double and two twin cabins on the lower deck (additional single pullman berth in each twin cabin). Of particular note is the guest elevator servicing all decks. The vast sun deck for a yacht of her size offers a great mix of casual seating areas, sunpads, jacuzzi and barbeque, making her perfect for entertaining large numbers of guests or for relaxing in privacy.

Smile features a comprehensive inventory of tenders and watersport equipment which include; one Castoldi Zodiac MK Futura 4.70 metres with Honda 40hp and a Seadoo RXP 215HP 1500cc jetski. Smile is currently available for sale with an asking price of € 10,950,000, VAT Paid.

Secondly, the 38.5 metre S.Q.N is up for sale through Burgess. She was built in 2003 in New Zealand by Alloy Yachts. She recently recently arrived in Golfe Juan after a winter in Florida where she has benefited from a repaint of her midnight blue hull, and successful completion of her Lloyds annual class survey.

S.Q.N’s Dubois designed exterior and warm, inviting Donald Starkey interior provides luxury accommodation for eight guests in four staterooms, including an impressive master suite with his and hers bathrooms and a large walk-in dressing room. The gymnasium in the lower deck guest area can be easily converted to allow an additional double guest cabin with services already in place for an ensuite bathroom. The main saloon has been enhanced in recent years to provide an open plan lounge/dining area with a low level partition to subtly distinguish between dining and lounge areas if required.

Exterior deck areas are very impressive for a yacht of her size. The spacious dining area on the main deck provides comfortable seating for 10 guests while the expansive sun deck/fly bridge which has been extended in length allows for a dining area, bar, jacuzzi and large sun pad area. Powered by Caterpillar engines she has a cruising speed of 13 knots and a maximum speed of 16.5 knots. S.Q.N has an asking price of € 7,950,000.

The third superyacht for sale with Burgess as the newly appointed central agent is Miss Rose, the 40.2 metre Horizon Yacht from Taiwan. Built in 2008, Miss Rose is the first in her series and her clever Espinosa design goes all out to impress. Having just completed an extensive 'top to bottom' yard period with considerable investment from her owners, Miss Rose now presents in absolutely first class condition.

The yacht has a sophisticated and voluminous interior with classic styling throughout. Her vast sundeck offers plenty of space to bask in the sunshine, unwind in the jacuzzi, or dine with panoramic views. The owner's deck offers a wonderful space for evening cocktails, or a shady haven to relax. The main deck has a second exterior dining area which links the outdoor communal areas back into the cosy yet elegant main saloon.

Accommodation is provided for 10 guests and includes two master suites. One master is located aft of the upper deck and boasts a whirlpool bath, his and hers vanity units and an office leading out to the exterior deck space. The second master lies forward on the main deck with his and hers en-suite bathrooms and a large walk-in wardrobe. On the lower deck are two VIP cabins, one with a queen size bed and the other with a king size bed which can be converted to two twins. The fifth cabin consists of a single berth with an additional pullman.

MCA compliant and a proven charter business, (also chartered by Burgess as Central Agents), Miss Rose will generate income for a new owner from day one. She has an asking price of $13,900,000.
