Christensen Shipyards joined the hull and superstructure of its 50-metre project known as Hull 38 last week. The yacht has now been moved into one of the yard’s build halls that were made available following the launch of the two yachts Chasseur and Silver Lining last summer.
The shipyard is currently completing the yacht’s wiring and plumbing systems after which the high-gloss interior woodwork can be installed. Extensive sound-proofing and vibration-dampening materials also have been installed that will enhance what is already known as one of the quietest yachts in her size range.
Hull 38 is being constructed according to ABS classification regulations and will offer a 4,00 nm range once completed.
