A new 80 metre superyacht will commence construction at the German shipyard Nobiskrug in November. Designed by Gregory C. Marshall Naval Architects, few details are yet known about the project though the studio comment that they have been working closely with the owner over the past three years to develop a ‘very technically sophisticated yacht’.
The latest 80 metre project is just the first of three Gregory C. Marshall designed vessels with Nobiskrug, with the Canada-based design studio commenting: “We are continuing to build our relationship with Nobiskrug developing both 75 and 85 metre designs. These designs are based on Nobiskrug’s existing engineering platforms and combine our design philosophy with these proven platforms, providing high value feature rich yachts.”
