Baltic Yachts has delivered its latest creation in superyacht innovation and racing-spirited contenders. Her plumb bow entry and wide stern area provides a fast yet stable ride whether in race mode or when cruising. My Song’s hull is constructed from a lightweight carbon/Corecell composite hull. Interior bulkheads are made up of Nomex cores, further contributing to the overall stiffness of the vessel.

North Sails worked closely with Reichel/Pugh using computational fluid dynamics and advanced velocity prediction programs to arrive at the perfect balance between hull shape and sail design.

The innovation is continued below the water line with a fully retractable propulsion system and lifting keel setup, minimising the 7-metre draft to as little as 4.8 metres.
