Enterprise V & Fortunato in Fort Lauderdale
Caputered leaving Fort Lauderdale in one photo are the two Royal Van Lent yachts Enterprise V (right) and her bigger cousin Fortunato (left). Enterprise V is a 1993, 51.20m Feadship, designed by De Voogt Naval Architects. She is one of only a few Feadships, with a fully enclosed aft deck, and a fishing cockpit. Fortunato is a 62.33m Feadship. She was build and delivered as Cakewalk for an American owner, who is now building a yacht in the United States. Amongst her many features, are her hidden tender bays. The tenders are stored behind gull wing doors in het bow of the yacht, forward of the owner's stateroom.
