Taking place right now in Bremen, Germany is the launch of what is believed to be the 135-metre project Thunder. She is the largest yacht to have been launched this year and will comfortably enter the top 20 largest yachts of all time once delivered. SYT’s Tom van Oossanen is on site in Lemwerder where these scenes are coming from.
Thunder's exterior lines are the design work of Espen Oeino and the yacht's traditionally-styled interior will be outfitted over the coming months. According to the shipyard, Thunder is expected to cruise mostly in Asian waters.
