The flagship of the Finnish shipyard Nautor’s Swan, the Swan 115, was initially introduced to the industry at the beginning of 2014. Available in two versions - Flush deck or Semi Raised Saloon - the design was met with great success in the months that followed, with four vessels under construction at the yards Pietarsaari facilities shortly after their introduction.
Here, we take a closer look at the very first Swan 115 S, Solleone, which recently made her debut at the Monaco Yacht Show.
Measuring 35.2 metres, she is second largest Swan to built by the shipyard, and features a sleek and modern exterior from German Frers, finished in classic white and blue. The 115 presents a new hull shape, with its plumb bow and wide stern, with performance being a priority in the design.
Inside she features traditional teak interior hand built by the Nautor team in Finland, with light oil wax satin finishes and modern details throughout. Nautor's team of interior designers and architects work closely with every client to ensure a personal, unique vessel every time. The very first 115 features a large seating area amidships with a separate dining area.
She accommodates guests over five cosy staterooms, including a spacious owner’s cabin aft complete with a generous seating area and a his and hers en suite bathroom. All of the cabins display the same crisp, classical decoration of teak flooring and furniture teamed with white linen and upholstery, creating a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. Two crew cabins are located forward.
She is powered by a single Scania DI13 070M engine of 450 hp.
