YCO has announced another new addition to the Sales and Purchase team as part of their continued expansion of this department. Will Christie, a very successful sales broker who grew up on the water and has many years experience in the sales market, joins YCO this month - in time for the Monaco Yacht Show.
Another recent addition but this time to the Charter team is Alisha McDonald, one of the industry’s most experienced Charter Brokers, who joined YCO earlier this summer after nearly a decade in the industry. Both Will and Alisha bring a wealth of knowledge to the ever expanding YCO Brokerage team, and will be based from the YCO offices in Chelsea.
Following the launch of YCO Sail, YCO is also proud to announce the addition of Wally B to the Central Agency Sales fleet. A highly successful charter yacht, Wally B is as famous for her sleek lines as her revolutionary interiors. “Wally B represents exactly the kind of high performance super sail yacht for which YCO Sail was created.” said Ben Bartlett, Sales and Purchase Representative for YCO Sail. “This genre of sailing yacht is becoming increasingly sought after, but requires a different approach to the traditional Motor Yacht. Sailing is increasingly popular and with the provision of specialised knowledge we are confident that this division will see significant growth going forward”.
YCO has also expanded its motor yacht Central Agency fleet with the addition of Blink, Falcon Ferra (Joint CA) and Kiluanje (Joint CA). Launched this July, Blink, an Akhir 135 (41m) from Cantieri di Pisa is one of the largest fly bridge yachts available on the market today and combines Italian style and flair with very high standards of construction, engineering and performance. She has also been specially designed to accommodate wheelchair use. Blink will be available for viewings at the Cannes and Monaco Yacht Shows and is currently priced at 18 750 000 Euros ex tax.
Falcon Ferra, a Falcon 90 (27m) is an excellent balance between dimensions, performance and comfort; capable of reaching speeds of up to 28 knots she provides spacious living accommodation for 8 guests. Falcon Ferra will be available for viewings at the Cannes Yacht Show and is priced at 2 500 000Euros VAT paid. Finally, Kiluanje, a 27m Leopard has a beautiful contemporary interior and ample sunbathing areas, currently priced at 3 500 000 Euros ex tax she is available for viewings in the South of France.
