Perini Navi celebrates the end of 2007 with the sale of a 45 metre cutter, hull number C. 2146. This steel hulled sailing yacht will be the 53rd vessel in the Perini Navi Fleet that comprises 41 yachts in navigation and 12 units under construction for a global value exceeding 300 mln Euros.
This latest contract was signed with the collaboration of the well – known brokerage company Flagship Yachts.
The new building will be the 4th of the 45m project, sistership to SY Heritage - launched in 2006 - to SY Helios - launched this year - and to C. 2114, the other 45m presently under construction and due to launch in 2009, the C. 2146 will be completed in 2010.
In the words of Giancarlo Ragnetti, CEO of the Perini Navi Group: “2007 was a positive year. The Perini Navi Group increased its market share and implemented the developing plan of the production capacity in the facilities of Viareggio and La Spezia. This allows us to further expand the product range, including also a motoryacht series under the Picchiotti Brand”.
