Pendennis shipyard has now confirmed that the 46 metre Constance (ex. Jana) has arrived at their facilities in Falmouth, U.K. for refit works. Her main works will include full exterior paint work, new teak on all decks, the replacement of deck cranes and tenders, a remodelled engine room and replacement/upgrade of all major systems including new engines, gearboxes, generators, stabilisers, watermakers, air conditioning and nav coms.
She will also undergo an interior renewal, which will include a new galley, pantry, laundry, bridge and crew areas. The owner and guest areas are also to be heavily refurbished and updated.
The refit is scheduled for completion winter 2015/16 and is being managed by Master Yachts Consultancy.
