How would you describe your operational approach?
The keys to our performance are communications and teamwork. A successful project is not only the result of a great collaboration between client and manager, but between every member of the team from both the shipyard and client sides of the construction equation. Swift and effective response to any query is the key to keeping a project on time and on budget, as is quickly and professionally resolving the critical issues that emerge with every build or refit. My role is always to keep every member of the team operating at full capacity and cooperatively in the best interests of my client.
