Garçon in Monaco
Seen here at sunset recently outside the port of Monaco is the 67-metre Damen Fast Support Vessel Garçon. Built as the Dutch shipyard’s first large support vessel, Garçon led the way for a whole fleet of similar shadow vessels used to provide additional capabilities to an owner’s mothership. Garçon is well known for traveling together with the 87-metre motor yacht Ace, to which she provides tender, crew, provisioning and helicopter support.
