Feadship superyacht Utopia II in New York, U.S.A.
Seen here heading south to Florida for the winter season is the American-flagged classic Feadship superyacht Utopia II. The 35-metre Utopia II was commissioned by an American yachtsman and launched as Jardell in 1970 who then went on to build the 45-metre Big R three years later, now named Secret Life. Utopia II remains in American hands today and spends her time between New York and Miami where she is used a private yacht. Powered by twin 478hp 16V 71 Detroit Diesels, she cruises at 12,5 knots, with a range of over 2500 miles.
