Visit at Palma Superyacht Show: Antares, Aquarius and Aziza

With the 2016 edition of the Palma Superyacht Show kicking off today, this week, we take a look at the best brokerage and charter deals regarding the superyachts on display in Palma, as judged by our very own editors. Here, we have taken a closer look at superyachts Antares, Aquarius and Aziza, all represented by Burgess.

Built by Royal Huisman in 2005, the all-aluminium 40 metre sailing yacht Antares features naval architecture and exterior design from Dixon Yacht Design, with Rhoades Young Design undertaking her interiors. Her sophisticated interior is uncluttered with a rich palette of textured leather, edelmessing and specially selected French Walnut.

On board she accommodates up to nine guests in several well appointed cabins consisting of a large master suite, one double cabin, a twin cabin with extra Pullman berth and a convertible double/twin cabin. A crew of six are also accommodated for.

She comes with a range of water toys and tenders, including a 9 person Novurania MX530DL, a Zodiac Mk III, two Bauer juniors and six sets of diving equipment.

Asking price: €12,500,000.

Built by Perini Navi in 1990 (refit 2010), the 46 metre Aquarius was designed in her entirety by the Perini Navi in-house team and constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. On board the ketch accommodates up to 10 guests over four well appointed cabins, including two large double cabins and two twin cabins each with an additional Pullman berth. A crew of eight are also accommodated for.

Amongst her most recent significant upgrades is the installation of a new sailing system - including rigs - and a hydraulically operated aft swimming platform. She completed her 25 year ABS survey earlier this year in January.

She comes with two 4.6 metre tenders, and boasts a range of approximately 5,600 nm at a cruising speed of 12 knots.

Built by the Italian shipyard ISA Yachts in 2013, the 40.9 metre Aziza features exterior design by Andrea Vallicelli. On board she accommodates up to eight guests over a spacious master suite in addition to two double cabins and one twin cabin. A crew of seven are also accommodated for.

Aziza boasts enormous volumes as well as a wealth of amenities to offer one of the finest charter experiences, including an expansive sun deck with a jacuzzi, lounge, dining and bar area, as well as a well equipped gym on the lower deck. She also comes with a range of water toys and tenders to enhance guests’s time on board, including a 5 metre Castoldi jet tender, two Yamaha waverunners, wakeboards, snorkelling gear and diving equipment.

Charter rate: Aziza is available to charter this summer in the West Mediterranean at rates of €130,000 per week in low season, and €140,000 per week during high season.
