Vismara has unveiled a new and exciting project, that is being developed in close colaboration with a client. The M90 is designed for a combination of maximum performance to allow for fast trips, good stability for more comfort, and the range of a displacement explorer vessel.
The yacht will peek at around 35 knots for quick trips, on a medium-light displacement hull, constructed with advanced composite materials. A Computational Fluid Dynamics program for the hull design has reduces the roll resistance. The reverse bow was originally developed for military craft to better penetrate waves, resulting in a comfortable ride in rough seas. Extensive studies have led to an efficient propulsion, using ducted 6 blade propellers, powered by twin 1700 hp engines.
Large lithium batteries will be able to power the air conditioning and most of the yacht's hotel load, without the use of the generator. This results in silent and green operation when in port or at anchor.
The is accommodation for a 3-4 crew members, and there are 2 to 4 VIP guest cabins.
