Following her launch and the stepping of her masts the latest superyacht from the Dutch Vitters shipyard, the black hulled ketch Marie, is getting ready for her sea trials. Marie, a sister ship to the award-winning sailing yacht Adele, has been designed by Hoek Design who together with the New York based designer David Easton also designed the interior.
Marie has been built to ABS classification and MCA specifications. On the owner’s behalf the construction was overseen by Nigel Ingram of Marine Construction Management (MCM), who will also manage the yacht after delivery.
