Y.CO has announced the sale of 50m (165ft) motor yacht Pestifer I, built by CRN in 1998. With an astounding interior volume of 630 GRT, Pestifer I was the most spacious 50 metre yacht on the market. She was listed for sale at $12 million. Pestifer I was built to the highest specifications for a very discerning owner and features both exceptional design and engineering.
Meticulously maintained with no expense spared, she also underwent a major refit in 2004. Offering very high volumes, including a large owners stateroom and a vast sundeck.
Pestifer I has a 4000 mile range, a top speed of 18 knots and 2 large tenders, enabling extensive cruising in comfort and style.
Neil Cheston, who closed the sale this afternoon, commented: “After 14 years, Pestifer I remains a truly lovely yacht, beautifully built. She is quiet, incredibly stable and perfect for comfortable family cruising.” Ken burden of Fraser yachts introduced the buyer.
Today was a neat close to this chapter of the yacht’s history, as Neil Cheston was involved in the build of Pestifer I back in 1998.
