Yacht broker Chris Cecil-Wright to set up a new company
Chris Cecil-Wright, one of the superyacht industry's most influential and successful yacht brokers, has left Edmiston, to set up a new yachting company.
SYT spoke to Chris about leaving Edmiston, and Chris commented: "Nick (Edmiston) and I are still firm friends, but after 20 years together I felt I needed a change. I'm enjoying the challenge".
During his years at Edmiston, Chris was responsible for many of the company’s biggest deals, such as the sale of the 72 metre Utopia, the 78 metre Hampshire II, the 90 metre Lauren L, the 99 metre Feadship Dream, and many more.
