YPI to bring 4 yachts to Antibes Yacht Show

No less than four yachts are to be presented from 12-15 April at this year’s Antibes Yacht Show by YPI Brokerage, the Sales & New Construction Division of Yachting Partners International (YPI). Komboloi is without a doubt the best San Lorenzo '72 on the market. She has had very little use and has been professionally maintained by her crew and an attentive owner.

Comfortably sleeping 8 guests in 4 cabins, one of which can be turned into an office opening onto the hallway, she boasts a customised interior and several material upgrades.

Constantly upgraded since new, the 2007 built Lady Maria is one of the finest examples of the renowned Ferretti 112 series on the market today.

The Ferretti 112 series is a very soughtafter range of yachts,” explains YPI broker Gregory Gheraia. “They offer a superb combination of speed, quality and comfort that is rare in this class of yacht. Lady Maria also offers zero-speed stabilizers which ensure extra comfort when cruising.”

Lady Maria sleeps 12 guests in five double staterooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The Master Stateroom is on the main deck with 2 doubles and 2 twins with Pullman on the lower deck.

Inside, Lady Maria offers a very welcoming and relaxed feel,” adds Gregory. “Her interior is finished in satin varnished dark wood with cream leather and carpets throughout. Marble floors and counters in the bathrooms add to the overall sense of luxury and attention to detail that pervades throughout the yacht.”

Built in 1974, the 29.75m Salve has been upgraded and restored to her original first class condition following an extensive one year refit in 2007/8. “No area of her has been overlooked,” says her YPI Broker, Gregory Gheraia. “Salve is a classic Benetti which not only offers a sumptuously classic interior but state-ofthe-art audio visual and navigational equipment. The very best from the era of gentlemen’s yachting mixed with today’s cutting edge technology.

Having spent many years enjoying the yacht, the owner of Salve is now taking delivery of a larger vessel and is keen to sell to someone as passionate about yachting as he is.

Salve is a yacht that offers a lot,” says Gregory. “Working with a crew of five, she is RINA compliant, accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably and cruises at a very pleasurable 13 knots. In absolute turn-key condition, SALVE is the ideal first yacht, perfectly suited to those who want to enjoy their purchase without having to invest too much money or time in advance.”

The first of three yachts built by well-known Turkish shipyard Bilgin Yachts to be represented exclusively for sale by YPI, the 45-metre Tatiana was launched in Istanbul in May 2011. With exteriors and interiors designed by renowned German designer Joachim Kinder, Tatiana enjoys all the benefits of an open yacht with the volume and comfort of a displacement vessel. Constructed with cold-moulded technology, finished with west epoxy fibre and completed with Awlgrip paint system, Tatiana has RINA Pleasure Craft Class plus MMA LY2 certifications and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in six cabins including one Master Suite, one VIP cabin and three guest cabins. Eight crew are accommodated in four cabins in the bow area, including a crew mess.

Powered by two MTU 12V 4000 M90 engines, Tatiana cruises at a comfortable 15 knots with top speed of up to 19 knots.

Designed with sleek sporty lines, Tatiana is built to feel spacious. Large window sections let in plenty of light through the yacht as well as affording excellent views and the use of light oak with wengé, beige & Bordeaux red leather and splashes of granite and onyx enhance the overall feeling of freshness and space.
