Dionea was launched in 1962 by Felszegi shipyard of Muggia as a high standard ferry-boat and operated until 1991. In 2003, the current Owner converted her into a luxury motor yacht at the T. Mariotti Shipyard in Genoa. The changes made were carried out with as much originality as possible but respecting her existing lines.

The refit project combined the vessel's classic charm with the luxury expected on a modern charter yacht. Every detail enhances the feeling of being aboard a small ship. Her interior, designed by Ivana Porfiri, displays an elegant minimalism with very simple modern furniture and fabrics. Dionea can sleep 12 guests and is run by a crew of 11 headed by an Italian Captain.
