Work included the fitting of new watertight bulkheads in the fore crew area and aft guest areas. Both crew and guest areas were fitted with new steel staircases, and a new watertight emergency generator compartment, fitted with access from the main deck, was built in the lazaret.
replacing the main engines, generators and piping, together with all ancillary equipment. A new interior was also fitted. |
