Description
This immensely strong, no nonsense motor sailor, 35 metres (114’ 10”) in length, was built by the Italian shipyard, Codecasa, in 1980. Constructed of steel and fitted with reliable Caterpillar machinery, Barcablu has an incredible 7,000 mile range under power and can take you anywhere in the world in safety and comfort. The present Owners of Barcablu commissioned her from the shipyard thirty years ago and have only ever used her privately.
Living on board Barcablu would not be a compromise for space. Her large interior volume offers you a comfortable main saloon, a completely separate dining room and five cabins for 10/12 guests. The Owners’ double cabin with en suite bathroom is located aft, well away from the two twin and two double guest cabins which are situated forward of the engine room. Please note that a new Owner would almost certainly wish to refresh the interior of the yacht cosmetically as it remains as originally built.
To the experienced sailor Barcablu has many attributes – a fully separate wheelhouse with good visibility – stand up headroom in the engine room – ABS classification – lots of deck space for tenders and toys – hydraulic deck platform to huge aft lazarette and shaded exterior deck areas.
