The American yachting brand Bering Yachts has announced its plans to build a new 32-metre semi-custom motor yacht project after securing the project during the recent Monaco Yacht Show. The new Bering 106 will be unlike any of the existing offerings in Bering’s lineup and construction is set to get underway at the company’s shipyard in Turkey. 
The steel-hulled yacht measures 32 metres in length, stretches 7.5 metres across at its widest point and is predicted to achieve a maximum speed of 13 knots. A range of 4,000 nm can be covered under a cruising speed of 9 knots. 
The first Bering 106 will join an elite club of motor yachts in this size range that has its master suite located on the upper deck aft of the wheelhouse. This arrangement frees up the main deck area and the client has opted for a large family-style galley to be built in the forward part of this deck.
On the lower deck, the Bering 106 will house four guest staterooms along with a games room and two crew cabins.
