Stuart Larsen of Fraser Yachts and the brokerage team at Burgess have listed the 74 metre project NB55. The luxury motor yacht is currently under construction at the Proteksan-Turquoise shipyard in Tuzla, Turkey for delivery in 2013. The hull is already well underway, all engineering work has already been done and to speed up delivery all major equipment has already been ordered.
The well known British superyacht design firm Andrew Winch Designs is responsible for both the interior and exterior styling of this latest project from Proteksan-Turquoise.
The superyacht provides accommodations for up to 16 guests in 1 master stateroom on the upper deck and 5 double and 2 VIP staterooms on the main deck. The large private owner’s deck is situated forward on the main deck and consists of an office to starboard, his and her bathrooms and the large master suite. The owner has also access to a private foredeck with Jacuzzi and sunbeds.
There is ample space for entertaining onboard project NB55 with a large beach club lower deck. The beach club opens to the water on the starboard side and has a steam room, plunge pool, shower, hair salon, massage room, day bathroom, bar and couches as well as access to the main deck via the beach club lobby or the elevator.
There is a large seating on the aft main deck and aft on the upper deck guests can enjoy alfresco dining. The bridge deck houses a large gym which opens up onto the aft deck. On the sun deck there is a seating area looking forward with coffee table and expansive sun pads either side of a large Jacuzzi pool. The elevator exits under the shaded area which is also well laid out with a bar and day head.
Project NB55 is powered by twin 2,447hp Caterpillar 3516B diesel engines which provide a top speed of 17 knots and a range of 4,000 natuical miles at a cruising speed of 15 knots.
