The Dutch superyacht builder Moonen Yachts celebrated the keel laying ceremony of its all-new 36.3-metre superyacht project YN201. The yacht for sale is set to be completed during the summer of 2022 and is the fourth yacht to be built on the shipyard's Martinique platform. 
Photo: Moonen ShipyardsDesigned by René van der Velden and Diana Yacht Design, YN201's hull and superstructure will be joined in July 2021. As project manager Ian Vermoen explains: “It is always an exciting moment when the keel is laid for a new project. This is the starting point of the construction of YN201 and a time of many milestones leading up to when the yacht will take her final shape. The next big milestone will be the joining of the hull and superstructure in July 2021, before the delivery of a beautiful yacht in 2022.”
Next to the YN201 in the shed is her sistership YN200 and Moonen Yachts’ third 36m Martinique created for a repeat client of the yard who is expecting a late-2021 delivery date. More details of this project can be found here.
