In addition to offices in the UK, Fort Lauderdale and Dubai, Cavendish White now also opened an office in Athens. Cavendish White Athens is located in the brand new complex Flisvos Marina.
Cavendish White is also delighted to announce to appointment of two new brokers; Costa Lourandakis and David Goddard. Costa is an established and well respected yacht broker in Greece, having worked for many years for Fraser Yachts there. Also joining the Cavendish White team in Monaco is David Goddard who has over 40 years experience in the yachting industry and is an expert in new build, refit and repair. David has operated his own brokerage company for many years. Cavendish White will be announcing the opening of a new office in Monaco early 2008.
There is plenty of news on the brokerage front this autumn. Sales have been concluded on the 35m Wavepiercer, Spirit and on the world's fastest superyacht, The World Is Not Enough and following the Monaco Yacht Show, the sale of the brand new 51.9m O’Ptasia (photo), a joint CA sale with Atalanta Golden Yachts. O’Ptasia’s sister ship will be available for purchase in 2008.
New central agencies for sale include; Ocean 1, Elanymor and Christianne B.
Ocean 1 (photo) is a brand new 58 metre yacht currently under construction in a new yard in Egypt, Oceandro. Due for completion in February/March 2008, Ocean 1 is designed by Ken Freivokh and has accommodation for 12 guests in six double cabins and with plenty of big volume large decks. She is jet driven by Caterpillar engines and has an estimated speed of 20 plus knots. Ocean 1 is offered for sale at USD 49,500,000.
The 42m Christianne B must be one of the most beautiful sailing yachts ever to come out of the Perini shipyard. She has been substantially refitted and refurbished in recent years and has an exquisite Italian design in keeping with a distinctive, bold and contemporary style. She is offered for sale at euros 9,250,000.
