Superyacht Yogi launched by Proteksan-Turquoise

Early March the Proteksan-Turquoise shipyard launched their second superyacht of 2011, the 60.20 metre Yogi. She features exterior design by the shipyard’s in-house design team and Jean Guy Verges, who also designed Yogi’s interior.

She offers accommodation for 12 guests in 6 cabins (5 double, 1 twin), and features a large main deck master suite with a lounge/day area, office area, dressing room and his & hers bathrooms en suite.

Amongst her many features are a large Jacuzzi on the sun deck, a temperature regulated swimming pool with a sky light to the beach club below on the aft deck, two beach clubs, a massage room, a multimedia play lounge and a sun deck Teppanyaki bar.

The ABS classed superyacht has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure and complies with the MCA LY2. Yogi is powered by twin 1,750hp Caterpillar 3512B diesel engines which propel her up to a maximum speed of 17 knots, cruising speed of 15 knots and a range of 5,000nm at 12 knots.

Yogi will be available for her inaugural charter season, in the summer of 2011 in the Mediterranean. Yogi's summer charter rates start at €357,000 per week in the low season, up to €378,000 per week during the high season.
