(Company)">Riva</a> yachts following its extensive refurbishment. The opening ceremony was attended by Chairman Tan Xuguang and CEO Alberto Galassi.&nbsp;This thorough refurbishment of the facility, which employs upwards of 750 workers, including 200 direct employees, saw the production and management sections of the shipyard get upgraded.&nbsp;In addition, several improvements were also made to the lounge area that is used to welcome yacht owners, captains, and crew members. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/311769/image/large-3054e63c416f67adcd42586fd401811e.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/311769">The La Spezia production site, where <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/363" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Riva S.p.A.
