Van der Valk shipyard receives order for third Continental Three

Dutch shipyard Van der Valk has announced the order for a new Continental Three semi-custom motor yacht. The new yacht will be the third addition to this successful new line and will measure an overall length of 26 metres.

Like all Continental Three builds, the latest 26 metre yacht order will combine an overall modern appearance with subtle classic touches. Various unique features will be chosen by her owner and adjusted to his wishes and requirements, such as an extended hydraulic tender platform.

The new vessel features exterior and interior design by Dutch studio Guido de Groot. The interior of this Continental Three will mainly be kept in teak and other woods to create a timeless and elegant ambiance. She accommodates up to ten guests in three private cabins with ensuite bathrooms.

When it comes to private relaxation, her flybridge as well as two large sunbeds offer enough space for al fresco entertaining and relaxing privacy. The aft deck, with access to the flybridge and the spacious indoor saloon, includes a large table for outdoor dining. 

Two MTU engines which a maximum of 1502 hp each provide a speed limit of 25 knots with a pleasant crusing speed of 20 knots. The vessel is expected to be completed before the end of the year.
