YPI Brokerage has today announced the sale of the 25 metre motor yacht Monticello II. Built by the Italian shipyard Ferretti in 2006, she features interior design by Studio Zuccon. On board she accommodates up to eight guests over four luxurious cabins, consisting of a large master suite, a VIP stateroom and two twin cabins.
“The family that owned Monticello II kept her in great condition,” explains Monticello II’s YPI Broker, William Campbell. “She has great space, clean interior design, and is an excellent yacht for enjoying the Mediterranean or Adriatic in comfort with family and friends. She has gone to a new owner we know is looking forward to profiting from all she has to offer.”
Monticello II was listed for sale by William Campbell at YPI, with Hakan Altinel of Altinel Shipyards introducing the buyer. Currently lying in Spain, at the time of sale she was listed at an asking price of €1,650,000.
