A1 Yachting

<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/731" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="A1 Yachting (Company)">A1 Yacht Trade Consortium</a> has announced plans to develop a new marina in Argotoli, Cephalonia, to the south of the Ionian Islands. The Board of Directors of The National Fund of Greece accepted the tender for the development for at least 40 years. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/316094/image/large-2f88be3348801c4396c8483e60c5f471.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/316094">The investment is set to be over €30,000,000, covering a land area of 48,000 square-metres and a marine area of 26,000 square-metres. The initial plans for the marina show 90 berths of up to 100 metres.The development will include buildings, roads, green areas and various types of accommodation. It will be the first of its kind of the island and will offer a visiting and local yachts a luxury destination.

Greek yacht brokerage firm A1 Yachting announced the sale of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2948" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" title="Sea Pearl49.9m (163'9&quot;)">Al Mirqab III</a> which has been renamed <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2948" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" title="Sea Pearl49.9m (163'9&quot;)">Sea Pearl&nbsp;</a>by her new owners. Riva superyacht Galatea for sale with A1 Yacht Brokerage

Breaking news from A1 Yacht Trade Consortium as they have just announced the sale of the 73.50 metre superyacht Sapphire. A1 Yacht Brokerage acted on behalf of the buyer, with the joint central agents Edmiston and Merle Wood acting on behalf of the seller.
