<p>The Italian-based yacht builder <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1205" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="AB Yachts (Company)">AB Yachts</a> has announced the launch of hull 198 in the 30.5-metre AB100 series in Viareggio, Italy.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/299653/image/large-d9aa83c1646229fd83de0a4a28ac017d.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/299653">The AB100 yacht features exterior design by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1205" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="AB Yachts (Company)">AB Yachts</a>,while her interior was penned by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6468" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Next Yacht Group (Company)">Next Yacht Group</a> Centro Stile in collaboration with <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/7152" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Archea (Company)">Archea</a>, with naval architecture by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1205" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="AB Yachts (Company)">AB Yachts</a>. She can accommodate around nine guests onboard across four staterooms, as well as three crew members, including the captain.&nbsp;</p><p>One of its standout features is a fully-equipped beach area at sea or an enclosed stern that offers a well-organised space for tenders and a variety of water toys. The entire platform is raised in the beach area configuration and incorporates an innovative system for launching, hauling, and securely storing tenders, facilitating effortless navigation of the tender directly into the space. Performance-wise, she is powered by triple <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1441" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="MAN (Company)">MAN</a> engines, which give her a cruising speed of 45 knots and a top speed of 50 knots.&nbsp;</p>
