The steering gear was dismantled and the propeller and drive shafts were pulled, consequently the drive shaft had to be rebuilt. The production of the bearings only took six days, as opposed to the normal delivery time of up to six weeks. She was lengthened by two metres under the management of her new owner years later. Studio Spadolini worked on an extensive refit design project on the yacht up until 2011 under which she was about to be completely transformed with new exterior lines and deck spaces. Radial is a very private yacht, which is rarely seen. It’s believed that she is based in Italy by her Swiss based owner, who cruises mostly in Croatia during the summer. Radial was built in Spain by Astilleros Zamakona in 1985 as Alphee and later renamed Beluga. Many years ago the yacht underwent a complete refit and was lengthened with a few meters.
