Maverick, a superyacht owned by Top Gun aficionado Tom Schröder, is fast approaching completion at the Cantiere delle Marche shipyard in Ancona.

Build report: The Cantiere delle Marche 44m superyacht Maverick

The 33.8-metre sailing yacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/842" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Silvertip33.8m (110'11&quot;)Yachting Developments2002">Silvertip</a> has entered the market. The <a href="https://www.superyachttimes.com/yachts/silvertip" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="">yacht Silvertip, for sale</a>, was delivered in 2001 from New Zealand and joins the market in immaculate condition after receiving a refit in 2021. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/189604/image/large-d279eb49149de9887d0799c3ea47b818.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/189604">The <a href="https://www.superyachttimes.com/yachts/sailing/for-sale" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="">sailing yacht for sale</a>, has a classical and timeless interior lined with Swedish pear wood thanks to the work of interior designer <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/638" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Agnes Comar (Company)">Agnes Comar</a>. The exterior and naval architecture of the high performance sloop comes from <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/577" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Dubois Yachts (Company)">Dubois Naval Architects</a>. No element of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/842" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Silvertip33.8m (110'11&quot;)Yachting Developments2002">Silvertip</a>'s design was overlooked during the build to ensure that she delivers on all points of sail.
