Michael C. Galati represented the seller during these negotiations, whilst the buyer was introduced by Kent Harrington of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6507" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ballast Point Yachts, Inc. (Company)">Ballast Point Yachts</a>. The area has been penned to mimic a Scot Fitzgeraldesk elegance, and is equipped with a cocktail bar, a games area and plush leather sitting dotted around the cavernous space.
