Compass Tenders have designed and built tenders for some of the world’s most iconic superyachts.

Founded in 2004 by Richard Faulkner, the internationally renowned team have since built over 65 superyacht tenders and, in recognition of their innovative designs and exceptional build quality, Compass have been the winner of several industry awards.

Particularly notable amongst their constructions are the four tenders for Lurssen’s 123m Al Lusail – including two 11.2m limousines - two 10m custom tenders for a 110m Feadship, a limousine and open tender for Oceanco’s 90m Dreamboat, two limousines for the 160m Blue, and their ‘shadow kitten’ catamaran which accompanies 68m support yacht Nebula.

Situated on the River Hamble, the Compass facility is perfectly positioned for conducting sea trials in the Solent. The workshop space spans in excess of 25,000 square feet and they employ a highly skilled workforce of over 70 people.
