A successful project is not only the result of a great collaboration between client and manager, but between every member of the team from both the shipyard and client sides of the construction equation. Swift and effective response to any query is the key to keeping a project on time and on budget, as is quickly and professionally resolving the critical issues that emerge with every build or refit.
