<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1205" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="AB Yachts (Company)">AB Yachts</a>, part of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6468" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Next Yacht Group (Company)">Next Yacht Group</a>, has unveiled the first renderings for its latest model, the 33.7-metre AB 110S motor yacht. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/364132/image/large-9f9a1d971560aac9e4ac24e55977a1af.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/364132">With a beam of 6.8 metres, the motor yacht has been designed by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/8271" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="EXE Design (Company)">EXE Design</a> and combines a compact profile with sculpted exterior lines and a focus on performance. Her exterior styling has been developed to enhance aerodynamics, while her lightweight structure contributes to performance.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/364133/image/large-19208dfb710139312462498f8bf79d6b.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/364133">“This project was born from the fusion of automotive design language developed to highlight the performance of the Sport version and an in-depth understanding of the technical and functional requirements of yachting,” explained Stefano Bedoni of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/8271" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="EXE Design (Company)">EXE Design</a>.In terms of accommodation the AB 110S yacht is able to provide accommodation for up to eight guests across a four stateroom configuration on the lower deck, as well as sleeping a crew of two.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/364134/image/large-1a2d943c4dbee22626eb1e6b59702b6e.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/364134">The AB 110S yacht boasts two decks and a flybridge, with an aft cockpit that includes sunbathing areas, seating and a bar that serves both interior and exterior spaces. A retractable cockpit cover with sliding slats provides shade while a retractable sunroof and transparent companionway between the helm station and the main saloon are designed to promote natural light and ventilation.At the bow, the AB 110S includes a raised seating area described by the builder as a ‘flying couch’, offering expansive views across the water. It’s from this dual competency that a yacht emerges where the two worlds blend harmoniously and coherently. This cross-sector approach is the real added value of our work.”According to the shipyard, the yacht reaches a top speed of 48 knots, powered by three <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1441" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="MAN (Company)">MAN</a> V12X-2200 engines paired with waterjet propulsion.
