The buyer was introduced by Nikos Zarifis of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5661" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Labea Yachting (Company)">Thrace Labea Yachting</a>, while the seller was represented by Michael Newton-Woof of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5696" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ventura Yachts (Company)">Ventura London</a> and Sam Henley of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/7791" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Henley Marine (Company)">Henley Marine</a>. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/288242/image/large-b273b7c65ef511b723ae3ea84a3753dd.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/288242">Launched in 2013 as part of the highly successful Darwin 92 series, she features an exterior design and naval architecture from <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1181" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Hydro Tec (Company)">Hydro Tec</a>.
