The 47.5-metre Feadship superyacht Kassandra has entered the market, represented by Dimitris Kalafatis of Flagship Yachts.

KK superyachts has recently announced the sale of the 60.55 metre superyacht Kingdom Come. Built by Feadship in 1979, Kingdom Come ranked amongst the largest yachts sailing the seven seas upon her launch, and previously went by the names Diana II, Dianamara and Nara. She features naval architecture and exterior design from De Voogt Naval Architects, with interior design from Larvor.

Her sale follows an extensive refit completed last year, in which she was extended in the rear of the vessel and all of her technical systems replaced. She also received a full new luxurious interior, which has completely modernised to opulent standards. Her transformation was completed with brand new tenders and the completion of Lloyds special survey in 2015

 

Kingdom Come was sold with Vesa Kaukonen of KK Superyachts representing the buyer in the deal. At the time of sale she was listed at an asking price of €14,950,000.

The 60.55 metre superyacht Kingdom Come was launched as Diana II by Feadship in 1979. She last changed hands in 2014 when the yacht was sold and had her name change from Nara to Kingdom Come. Her Larvor interior is one of fantasy, intrigue and comfort. A jungle-like treehouse atmosphere awaits her guests, equipped with all the luxury comforts of a modern day superyacht. The yacht was recently the subject of an intensive interior scan in which every corner of the interior was recorded and presented in a wonderful walk-through virtual environment. After a period of only 5 months on the market, the 40 metre Feadship superyacht Seaflower has found a new owner after having been sold by <a href="http://y.co/" target="_blank">Y.CO</a>, with Camper &amp; Nicholsons acting on behalf of the buyer. Her asking price at the time of the sale was €11,900,000.

Seaflower combines a classic, yet contemporary nautical interior design by Larvor with voluminous living spaces. She has a main deck master stateroom, with vanity, ensuite bathroom with shower and separate dressing room. 4 further generous staterooms are found on the lower deck all ensuite, accommodating up to 10 guests in total. 

Her steel hull and 2 x Caterpillar 3412E DI-TA 624HP engines, allow for a 4600nm Trans-Atlantic range at 10.5 knots.

Furthermore, she also received a full new luxurious interior, which has completely modernised her whilst retaining a sense of opulent uniqueness.

Amongst just some of her most interesting interior details are found in stunning touches like leather staircases, reconditioned wood flooring from a British bank, the use of natural materials, consistently eclectic yet chic furniture and overall inspired design. Within the refurbished bathrooms, the original Egyptian marble that was used when she was launched almost four decades ago has been seamlessly incorporated into her new design.

In regards to her outside spaces, the sun deck is impressively spacious, featuring plenty of comfortable sun loungers, state-of-the-art gym equipment, a built-in customised BBQ area, a large Jacuzzi and a dance floor.

 

In addition to a wealth of special features and amenities on board, she also comes with a wide range of tenders and toys, including a Master Craft tender, a Custom Royal Denship 8 metre tender, an Evolution 10 jet tender, jet skis, two Vespa mopeds, an inflatable assault course, five kayaks, and four complete sets of scuba diving kits.

She was originally designed by De Voogt Naval Architects, with an interior from Larvor. She has enjoyed an interesting and elevated status in regards to ownership since her build, originally being commissioned by a member of the Mercedes-Benz family before the late Lebanese prime minister purchased her.

In regards to her performance, she is powered by twin MTU engines which provide her with a cruising speed of 16 knots. She has recently undergone her Lloyd’s special survey, as well as having her quantum stabilisers fully serviced.
