Marina at Keppel Bay

SUTL Enterprise Limited has signed an agreement to acquire <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2017" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Marina at Keppel Bay (Company)">Marina at Keppel Bay</a> from Keppel Bay Pte Ltd for a consideration of $40 million Singaporean dollars, with completion expected in the second half of 2026.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/381643/image/large-41d75d80b5dcdcde77710b83bdb814a0.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/381643">Upon completion, the marina will be rebranded as <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2015" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="One °15 Marina (Company)">ONE°15 Marina</a> Keppel Bay and will add a further 166 berths to the Group’s portfolio, including superyacht berthing capabilities for vessels up to 85 metres.&nbsp;Combined with the existing 270-berth <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2015" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="One °15 Marina (Company)">ONE°15 Marina</a> Sentosa Cove, the acquisition will see SUTL Enterprise become the largest owner and operator of integrated marinas in Singapore, with a total of 436 berths across two locations.“We have been actively seeking opportunities in the Asia Pacific region to grow our business,” explained Arthur Tay, Chief Executive Officer of SUTL Enterprise. “Once completed, the proposed acquisition will enlarge <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2015" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="One °15 Marina (Company)">ONE°15</a>’s regional footprint and strengthen our Group’s position as one of the largest marina operators in Asia.”Marina at Keppel Bay is strategically located within Singapore’s Greater Southern Waterfront and serves more than 10,000 public and private residential units. As a centrally positioned mainland marina, it offers strong connectivity to surrounding residential, commercial and tourism precincts, complementing the island-based Sentosa Cove marina.SUTL Enterprise plans to invest in infrastructure modernisation at the Keppel Bay site following completion. The plans include phased upgrades to clubhouse amenities, improvements to berthing infrastructure and services, the introduction of new retail spaces, and the integration of lifestyle and wellness concepts.In addition to commercial development, SUTL Enterprise intends to extend its environmental and community initiatives currently in place at Sentosa Cove to the Keppel Bay site. These include the expansion of its Blue Water EduFest programmes, further development of the marina’s coral garden to support local marine biodiversity and a satellite expansion of the Singapore Yachting Festival across both marinas.
