This was broadly in line with the same period of 2025, when the region generated €130.1 million.The Americas recorded €52.3 million in net revenues new yachts, up 18.7 percent year-on-year and accounting for 23.5 percent of the group total. <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/374" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Sanlorenzo (Company)">Sanlorenzo</a> said the increase was supported by further penetration into new markets in Central and South America.The Asia-Pacific region generated €23.4 million in net revenues new yachts, accounting for 10.5 percent of the total. This represented an 11 percent decline compared with Q1 2025, which the company described as a natural decrease following a strong fourth quarter of deliveries.The Middle East and Africa recorded €16.2 million in net revenues new yachts, up 24 percent year-on-year and accounting for 7.3 percent of the total. Group net profit rose 5.1 percent to €22.3 million, compared with €21.2 million in Q1 2025, with a margin of 10.1 percent.Consolidated balance sheet and financial results<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/374" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Sanlorenzo (Company)">Sanlorenzo</a> reported a net cash position of €22.9 million as at 31 March 2026, compared with net cash of €20.1 million at the end of 2025 and net debt of €28.1 million as at 31 March 2025.Net working capital stood at €118.9 million, compared with €99.8 million as at 31 December 2025 and €119.6 million at the end of the first quarter of 2025. The Americas recorded the strongest growth, rising 35.5 percent to €198.8 million, while APAC increased by 5.1 percent to €94.4 million. EBITDA totalled €180.6 million, up 2.4 percent compared to €176.4 million in 2024, with a margin of 18.8 percent on net revenues from new yachts, down 20 basis points year-on-year. The margin remained largely resilient despite the full-year consolidation of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/313" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Nautor Swan (Company)">Nautor Swan</a>, whose profitability is currently below the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/374" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Sanlorenzo (Company)">Group</a> average. Excluding this effect, operating profitability benefited from higher average sales prices and a product mix increasingly weighted towards larger yachts.EBIT reached €139.9 million, representing a 0.4 percent increase compared to €139.3 million in 2024. The EBIT margin stood at 14.6 percent, down from 15 percent in the previous year, reflecting higher depreciation and amortisation, partly linked to legacy investments within <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/313" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Nautor Swan (Company)">Nautor Swan</a> prior to its acquisition.<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/374" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Sanlorenzo (Company)">Group</a> net profit amounted to €107.4 million, up 4.2 percent year-on-year, with a margin of 11.2 percent on net revenues from new yachts. The result was supported by tax benefits, which partially offset higher financial charges associated with acquisition-related cash outflows in 2024.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/320997/image/large-966b09391872a7d46f21815a0a6ae43c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/320997">Balance sheet and cash position&nbsp;Organic net investments in 2025 amounted to €48.2 million, equivalent to five percent of net revenues from new yachts, a decrease of 0.3 percentage points compared to 2024. Approximately 89 percent of these investments were directed towards the expansion of industrial capacity and the development of new models and product ranges. Including €1.2 million related to changes in the consolidation perimeter, total net investments for the year reached €49.4 million.As of 31 December 2025, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/374" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Sanlorenzo (Company)">Sanlorenzo</a> reported a positive net financial position of €20.1 million, compared to a net cash position of €29.1 million at the end of 2024. The year-on-year movement primarily reflected dividend payments of €34.8 million, organic investments of €48.2 million and €1.2 million in cash outflows related to M&amp;A activity. Net debt and cash figures include IFRS 16 liabilities of €28 million.Backlog and order intake&nbsp;Order backlog as of 31 December 2025 stood at €1,962.8 million, compared to €1,950.1 million a year earlier. Of this total, 88 percent was already secured by final clients.Net backlog, representing revenues yet to be recognised from existing contracts, amounted to €1,002.5 million, compared to €1,019.8 million at the end of 2024. Within this figure, €618.1 million relates to 2026, while €384.4 million is scheduled for 2027 and beyond.Order intake for the full year reached €943.1 million, an increase of 16 percent compared to €812.9 million in 2024.
